DKcat is committed to your satisfaction. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after date of purchase. Returned products must be in resaleable condition and free of any pet hair or wear. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned product.

Shipping Damage:
Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of product.
